How do I use Remote Desktop Connection from a UniSA device?
NOTE:Remote Desktop access is approved for very specific use cases, for both staff and students. If required, please submit a ‘Request for access’ for review.
Type Remote Desktop Connection in the Search and then open the app
Enter the remote computer name
Enter your UniSA username and password
Click Connect
The connection will be made
Once finished disconnect from remote session and close the remote desktop connection app (if this is not done you will have difficulty initiating a new connection).
