Can I use the web portal to divert my calls?
Office Anywhere is a feature allowing you to divert your calls to an alternate phone.
- Go to Calling User Portal
- Enter your UniSA email address
- Click Sign in
- Enter your UniSA Cridentials in the UniSA Federation page
- Click Sign in
- Once the Portal opens select Webex Calling from the top menu.
- Select Call Settings from the side menu.
- Click the toggle button to activate Office Anywhere
- To add a device, click Add Another “Location”
- Enter the information in the respective fields
- Click Save
You can now begin receiving calls on your configured Anywhere number.
