How do I change number of rings before call is diverted?
Click Call settings
Click Open Call preferences
Under Calling scroll down to Self Care Portal and click Set additional preferences for your phones
Click Voicemail to expand the section
Change Number of rings to desired number NOTE:1 ring is roughly the equivalent of 4 seconds in Webex.
Close the Call Settings pop up NOTE:There is no Save which needs to be clicked.
Click Save on Webex Options pop up to close it.
