From the 31 March 2025, UniSA will update its standards for the storage of data in OneDrive whereby each account will have its total capacity limited to 250GB. As a result of a recent change by Microsoft, default storage allocations in Office 365 have been reduced to 50GB per account. This means anything over 50GB will incur an additional storage cost for the University. After careful review and auditing of the current UniSA Microsoft 365 usage, it has been determined that a reduction in quota from the current setting to 250GB will be undertaken and will continue to provide a reasonable volume of data storage for use. Note: This reduction does not affect your current email mailbox size, only your OneDrive quota. |
