How to check your printing balance details through the Student Portal
You should monitor your balance through myUniSA regularly. If you allow your balance to fall to zero, you will not have access to print or scan again until your payment is registered in myUniSA.
- Log into myUniSA (Student Portal)
- Click my Resources tab
NOTE: The below screen shots are for an on campus student and there are slight variants between the Student Portal depending on how you are studying through UniSA. The locations of information however are the same for all.
- Scroll down to Printer section
- A) Summary of Allowance, Usage and remaining Balance.
- B) Summary of Printer Allowance Top-ups.
- C) Summary of Printer Usage, including the name of the documents you have printed.
There are also step by step instructions (including screen shots) on toping up your printing allowance.
