Add/Update Out of Office message on an individual's mailbox on behalf of the current UniSA staff member

This form will ONLY be accepted from UniSA staff

NOTE: This form is ONLY to be completed on behalf of a staff member who is currently incapacitated and unable to put their own Out of Office on due to illness, injury or other unforseen circumstances. This form is not to be used for shared mailboxes, for anyone with Full Access can place an Out of Office/Auto Reply on through Outlook Web Access.

Important:

The use of all Information Technology (IT) facilities at the University of South Australia, including the UniSA wired and wireless networks, is subject to the University's Acceptable use of Information Technology (IT) facilities policy

I understand and acknowledge that it's my responsibility to ensure the information I have provided above is accurate and have already discussed this change with involved parties.

I understand and acknowledge that the Out of Office will be placed on the individual’s mailbox without an expiry date and the individual will need to remove it once they have returned to work.
