How do you enable auto replies on a Shared Mailbox?

  1. Log into Outlook Web App (OWA)
  2. Click your Profile/Portrait in the top right corner
  3. Click Open another mailbox...
    open another mailbox
  4. Enter Shared Mailbox name

    NOTE: The system will auto populate options for you to choose from once you start typing. If nothing appears either you have the mailbox name wrong or you don't have access.
  5. Click Open

  6. Click Settings (the cog) top right
  7. Click Set automatic replies

  8. Follow Set automatic replies from Step 5.
