The following are common requirements for UniSA Staff members. Some of these are handled within the Academic Unit/Department. The ones handled by IT are spread across different IT areas and therefore require separate requests, unfortunately all in one email is no longer appropriate:

- Staff members mailbox
- Shared Mailbox - gaining access to view and send as.
- Distribution List - being made a member of to receive communications.
- Shared Calendar
- Software
- Shared Drives
- SharePoint Site
- Student Data
- "Find a Student" or system accesses (Apply Online, Medici, Sorella and Scholarship Management System) etc are requested through SAS.
- Web Authoring (EPI Server access)
