IT Check List for current UniSA Staff

The following are common requirements for UniSA Staff members. Some of these are handled within the Academic Units/Department. The ones handled by IT are spread across different IT areas and therefore require separate requests, unfortunately all in one email is no longer appropriate:

Office telephone and mobile
- Request UniSA extension number
- Change cost centre associated with telephone or mobile
- Add/Update Telephone Directory
- Change the type of phone calls possible from extension e.g. Interstate, Mobile, etc.
- Purchase work mobile
Telephone Hunt Groups
- Hunt Group creation and updating
Office printer
- Staff Add Office Printer(s) themselves.
- Ability to email scanned documents to yourself or log into printer with PIN
Staff members mailbox
- Staff Grant full/certain folder access themselves.
- Staff Grant send-as access themselves.
- Request/update Out of Office on behalf of staff member due to illness etc.
Shared Mailbox - gaining access to view and send as.
- Access is granted by Owners of the Shared Mailbox(es).
- Opening Shared Mailbox once access is granted.
Distribution List - being made a member of to receive communications.
- Access is granted by Owners of the Distribution List(s).
Shared Calendar
- Access is granted by Owners of the Calendar(s) - this includes ability to book rooms.
Software

Software License Application form (Adobe Creative Cloud, SPSS, NVivo (WAH), Visio, Project, etc)
CRM Access Request (for Library, Campus Central, UniSA Online etc)

Shared Drives
- Access to Shared Drives/Folders.
SharePoint Site
- Access to SharePoint site(s).
Student Data
- "Find a Student" or system accesses (Apply Online, Medici, Sorella and Scholarship Management System) etc are requested through SAS.
Web Authoring (EPI Server access)
- Training and access to UniSA web pages in order to create/edit sites.
